National Cooperative Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment Qualification Criteria:

Age:

The age limit for applicants is set between 21 and 30 years, ensuring that candidates fall within the eligible age range as of the specified cutoff date. Only those whose age meets this requirement are considered for the selection process.

Education:

General:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (relaxation to 55% for SC/ST/PWBD applicants). Alternatively, applicants with a Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWBD), or professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CMA, ICWA, or a Ph.D from GOI/UGC-recognized institutions are also eligible.

Chartered Accountant:
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The ICAI membership must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.

Company Secretary:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and Associate/Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The ICSI membership must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.

Finance:
Eligibility includes BBA (Finance/Banking) or BMS (Finance/Banking) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD), OR a full-time PG Diploma in Management (Finance) / full-time MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWBD) from a GOI/UGC-recognized Institution/University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates must provide a certificate confirming their specialization in finance.
Other acceptable qualifications include Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD), OR a Bachelor’s degree with membership of ICAI or ICMAI (ACMA/FCMA/ICWA), with membership obtained on or before 01-11-2025.

Computer / Information Technology:
Candidates must have a four-year Engineering/Technology degree in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD).
Alternatively, applicants may hold a Post Graduate degree in these fields with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWBD), or a Graduate degree with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) along with successfully passing the DOEACC ‘B’ Level certification.
