Southern Railways Scouts Recruitment Qualification Criteria:

Vacancy wise Information:

• Scouts: 14

Age:

The minimum age of the applicant should be 18 years and the maximum age should not exceed 33 years. The age will be calculated as per the closing date of the application

OBC Candidates: 03 Years
SC/ST Candidates: 05 Years
PWD (UR) Candidates: 10 Years
PWD (OBC) Candidates: 13 Years
PWD (SC/ST) Candidates: 15 Years

Education:

Candidates must have passed 10th standard or hold an ITI or an equivalent qualification. Applicants with a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT, or those with 10th pass plus ITI/NAC from NCVT, are also eligible to apply

Southern Railways Scouts Selection Process:

The selection process will be carried out based on a Written Test, evaluation of marks obtained in certificates, verification of community certificate, and a medical examination to assess fitness for the post

Salary:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 15,000/- as per the norms of the organization

Application Form Fees:

The application fee is Rs. 250/- for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, and EBC candidates. For all other categories, the fee is Rs. 500/-. The payment must be made online through the prescribed mode
